Zetrix HellHound is ready to answer for real heavy! Reliability, adjusted line, low weight and great balance – these are the distinctive features of the series. These qualities, combined with stylish design and smart ergonomics, make HellHound rods uncompromising. They are ready to fight any fish.

Powerful, moderately stiff across the entire length of the rod, these spinning rods are ready for serious loads: that’s when a 6-inch bait doesn’t seem big at all.
The lightest HellHound jig models have the upper test up to 56 grams, the heaviest – up to 120 grams.

And in 2021 the lineup was supplemented by three novelties Swimbait Edition with the upper test up to 160 and 200 grams.

Two models for fishing with Bulldawg-type lures have been added in 2023 –  HellHound Bulldawg Edtion.

Casting

Swimbait Edition

Specialized, relatively long, 8′-8’6″ rods are more convenient to work with when fishing large soft plastic lures – whether you are fishing on shore, alone in a boat or with a partner. But short jerkbait rods less than 2 meters in length do not allow you to cast heavy and super-heavy baits with the proper level of comfort for a long time.

HellHound Swimbait Edtion today – is two models.

The 8’4 “ft (2.55 m) length with a test up to 160 and the 8’6 “ft (2.62 m) with a 200 g in spinning and casting.

BullDawg Edition

Two models with enormous power reserve: 8’5″ ft / 2.57 m with lure test up to 300 g and 8’6″ ft / 2.59 m with test up to 450 g.

Designed for power fishing for large soft plastic lures — mainly Bulldawg-like type, in some cases requiring ultra-aggressive animation and great effort in casting.

In addition to great power and impressive durability, both HellHound Jerkbait Edition and HellHound BullDawg Edition traditionally for all rods of the series are characterized by high ergonomics and comfort of fishing even the largest lures.

2nd Generation Jerkbait

The “second generation” HellHound differs in the design of the reel holder – the nut is made of EVA, and has an extended foregrip – the front part of the handle, as well as the installation of double foot guides.

The model is designed for fishing with large lures that require aggressive animation – classic pike jerkbaits.

Length – 7’3″ ft / 2.22 m – allows you to comfortably use jerkbaits from the high fish platforms of large boats. At the same time it is convenient to use this model also when fishing with big baits from the shore – both casting and animation are easy.

2nd Generation Swimbait

Designed for comfortable long hours fishing in power style, with the use of large soft plastic lures, large hard baits and other lures, requiring both to the power of tackle and to the casting performance of rods.
